Brief Introduction:

Z Type Bucket Conveyor (Plate Framework) is regular item which is applicable for vertical lifting of granule and small lumpy product such as grain, food, feed, pills, small plastic, corn, snack, candy, nuts and chemical product, etc. For bucket elevator conveyor, the bucket is driven by chains to convey. Automatic feeding and stopping can be realized by control circuit and control switch. Precise control of each part process makes the machine run smoothly with low noise. Suitable for vertical form fill seal machine and Rotary Premade Pouch Packing Machine.

Features:

1、The conveyor is made of 304 stainless steel sanitary construction and food grade polypropylene (PP) bucket. Automatic stop & start sensor control with filling from hopper or to scale

2、Equiped with multihead weigher and packaging machine , widely used in packaging industry.

3、All parts and buckets with safety and easy removal, machine with automatic chain tighten device and overload protection.

APPLICATION:The bucket elevator is applicable for various solid products, such as foodstuff, hard ware, plastic product, chemicals, etc. It is not suitable for sticky product. It usually cooperates together with the Feeder, Multi-head Weigher and Packing machine, etc. to form an automatic and high efficient packing system which is widely used for many sorts of packing industry, especially for food.
